Meeting packages
For each meeting package, Villa Mondriaan charges €125 (inc. VAT) per half-day session for use of the room. This is all-in except for the catering, i.e. including set-up and take-down and use of wireless internet, beamer, whiteboard and flipchart. The room can accommodate groups of 6 to 50 people, depending on the layout. A meeting setup is possible up to a maximum of 26 people, a theatre setup is possible up to a maximum of 50 people.

Lunch options:
For lunch, we deliver your lunch from Extraordinary, at a time of your choosing.
“Order from our lunch menu” | from € 7,95 p.p.
We make sure the current lunch menu is ready for you in the meeting room when you enter in the morning. You and your guests can then write down the choice of lunch dish on the designated form, which you will be happy to receive from you during your morning “break”. Our kitchen team will prepare the chosen lunch dishes and deliver them at the lunch time you specify. You will then pay the applicable prices of your chosen dishes. We have attached the current lunch menu to the e-mail as an illustration.
